Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Davao Doctor’s College, graduating in June 2022. He has gained hands-on experience through an internship in various psychology settings, where he was recognized as the best intern in the Industrial/Organizational field. This recognition has motivated Al to further develop his potential in this area. He is highly skilled and experienced in sourcing and recruitment and has honed his leadership and management skills through mentorship. Al is highly organized, proficient in planning and management, and has a track record of taking calculated risks to achieve desired results.
One year has passed since Al obtained his first job in May 2022, during which time he diligently improved his sourcing skills, gained exposure to different stages of recruitment, and achieved numerous successful placements through his own efforts. His courage and perseverance have earned him recognition as the top performer in the Research & Sourcing Category for the first quarter of 2023. Al’s time at Monroe Consulting Group has presented him with abundant opportunities and inspired him to surpass his own capabilities, urging him to strive for more.
Currently, Al is a Research and Client Service Associate at Blue Door Talent, a prominent recruitment firm in Columbus, Ohio, United States, that focuses on the real estate and construction industries. He has been taught by this organization about strategies for sourcing and recruiting, and his main responsibilities include research and database administration. Acquiring new skills and strategies has enabled Al to do his best.
